Ralph Aiello, M.Ed., Ed.S., is a Hall of Fame educator and nationally recognized leader in college and career readiness.
For more than 25 years, he has worked at the intersection of education, workforce development, and postsecondary planning, designing systems that connect students to real opportunity at scale. He previously led one of the largest school counseling and postsecondary advising programs in the nation, serving tens of thousands of students.
He serves on the Florida Chamber’s Future of Work Advisory and leads the Florida Work-Based Learning Network.
The Guidance Office applies that systems-level expertise directly, helping students align academics, experiences, and long-term opportunity while supporting organizations in building stronger pathways from education to workforce.
